What is it that makes certain foods more delicious for some than for others? This was one conversation i had with an uncle a long while ago, we were talking about how my mother and i love spicy food and how we loved spicyness so much our "normal" was too high for the average joe, at that point i couldn't help but ask my Uncle, "Then what is your favourite flavor?", "Salty" he answered without much thought, then i ended up thinking that salty food left me really thirsty and couldn't understand why he would like it so much,. makes you wonder how every person decides what they like or dislike
